Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after our team verifies your travel details and shares a confirmed fare. Enquiries submitted through the website or WhatsApp are treated as requests until confirmed.

Fares

Fares quoted are fixed at the time of booking and cover the agreed route and vehicle category. Additional charges may apply for route changes, extra waiting time beyond what is agreed, or toll and parking costs where applicable — these will be communicated before the trip.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to provide accurate pickup/drop details and be ready at the agreed time. Indu Tour & Travels is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Vehicle Substitution

In rare cases of vehicle unavailability, we may provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle at no extra cost.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
