Cancelling a Booking

You may cancel a confirmed booking by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp at least a few hours before the scheduled pickup time, so we can reassign the driver and vehicle without disruption.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made very close to the pickup time, or after the driver has already been dispatched, may attract a nominal cancellation charge to cover the driver's travel time.

No-Shows

If a customer is not reachable or not present at the pickup point after a reasonable waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the applicable charges will follow the same terms as a late cancellation.

Tour Package Cancellations

For multi-day tour packages, cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel, since hotel and vehicle bookings may already be confirmed on your behalf. Our team will share the exact applicable terms at the time of booking.
