Refund Policy

As we do not currently accept online payments through this website, most bookings are settled directly with the driver or our office. This policy covers advance payments made for confirmed tour packages or long-distance bookings.
Eligible Refunds
Advance amounts paid for a booking that is cancelled within the terms of our Cancellation Policy are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable cancellation charge.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Cases
No-shows, late cancellations outside the allowed window, and services already rendered are not eligible for a refund.
